cost 25$ and would never buy there again stay away from that store


Watch band was exactly as described and what I was looking for. Delivery time was great. I have been pleased with all purchases from Amazon. Keep up the good work.


While this watch band does wrap quickly, that is just about all it does well. Due to the largely nylon ("leather-cloth"? More like nylon cloth with a sewed-on leather patch) construction of the watch band, it picks up liquids and scents readily, and retains them unless you vigorously wash and dry the band, every day.

After less than a month of my using the band, it began to smell like bacteria fermenting sugars to vinegar, as did my wrist after wearing the watch for any period of time.

Still worse, then watch proper attaches to the band via a strip of elastic-like material that loops behind the watch and over the main nylon band. While highly flexible to accommodate the fattest watch bodies, the elastic material is almost comically weak for a band with the "expedition" logo on it.

If you want an easily adjustable replacement watch band, I would strongly recommend investigating rubberized plastic watch bands, since the scent and weakness of the attachment on this band make it.

Avoid.




It says it is a 16 to 20mm band (this size is the distance between the arms that hold the band). My watch is 20mm and this band was way too wide. One more thing in the recycle bin.


I love this strap because its quick on, quick off . I normally buy it in the store, but if its made by timex, its the right one. You get what you pay for. I've had 2 expedition watches, and about 12 bands, over 10 years.

I love this watch. While the velcro strap took me a little while to get used to, I now prefer it over the old leather style of strap. You have more flexibility in getting it to fit precisely right on your wrist instead of being stuck between two buckle holes that only sort of fit.

The screen on the watch is clear and the backlight is very bright. This is the best watch I've had for years. I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, durable digital watch.


I love this watch for everything I needed it for . . . it works great! The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 is for the color. The 'aqua' has a sheen I do not care for.


I received mine as a christmas present and it is still ticking. I haven't had any problems with this watch. I've had to get use to it feeling a little bulking on the wrist. Would have liked it a little smaller in size.


I have had three of these watches and they have all lasted at least three years through hiking, cutting firewood and very rough conditions. As long as they are available I will keep buying them.

This is a pretty watch but the stem wouldn't click to the position that allows you to change the date. Also, the date magnifier obscured the date rather than making it easier to see. I had to send it back.


This is a lovely watch for the price and Timex has always been very dependable for me, but although it's advertised as a "small" watch, the average woman would find the band far too big for her wrist.
However...the time it takes, to remove a few links, or spending a couple of dollars to have a jeweler remove them is worth it.




It was just the way I pictured, perfect size and everything, but the date is hard to change


This is a nice watch with all the features you could want for an inexpensive watch. However, there are so many links in it that only people with a very large wrist would be able to wear it without having to take links out. That is where the trouble lies. It takes brute force to get their little pins up to be able to take out links. While having to use that much force I had to be careful not to bend the other links. I spent over half an hour working on this. I am very hard on watches and go through one in about 6-9 monthes. I will not buy this particular one again because the look of it is not worth the agrivation.

The basic form and function of this watch speaks for itself. Look at the picture and you've got it. I won't say much about that. What I will say is that I bought one of these at the start of boot camp and took it with me to the desert and not once did it stop working. I wore it nonstop for the better part of 2 years. I slept with it on. I ate with it on. I showered with it on. This thing has endured all manner of weather and circumstance. I pretty much only took it off every once in a while to clean the inside of the band, on which salt and grime would accumulate from long, sweaty use. This watch is simple and strong. I bought mine for 10 bucks from the Army PX and didn't have to replace the battery or do anything to it for approximately 3 years. The band had somehow "vulcanized" and become hard and brittle after the constant abuse it took from me, so when it snapped I chucked it and bought a new one. The only other thing I'll add is that it is very light and you'll hardly notice it's on your wrist. That's a big deal to me. I couldn't recommend a product more highly. Though I wish it were still only 10 bucks, I'll put frugality aside for a second and say that it's well worth it even at 3 times the price- if perfect functionality and durability are of any value to you.


I've been wearing thius watch for about 8 years now and couldn't ask for a better watch to knock around with. It keeps excellent time and the black on black look is perfect. I couldn't even find this watch on Timex's own site. The service and respond time on Amazon was great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Just your basic watch. Very thin and lightweight. Comfortable to wear and has the basic functions of digital time, stopwatch, and alarm.


I purchased the watch for my brother as a Christmas gift. He seemed really happy with it, and plans to use it as a "dress watch" for now as he interviews for jobs. There seem to be no problems with the watch at this time.


I bought this watch as a 'spare' for my husband. He's had this same brand and style of watch as a work watch for nearly 20 years. He works outside all the time doing substation maintenance and needs a watch that can take some roughness. He's never had a problem with this watch. The only reason I bought a new one is so he would have an extra one should something happen to his older one. He's never even wanted to try any other kind of watch since this brand and style works best for him. It's a rugged watch that can endure some rough knocks due to the type of work he does. He's never had any problems with the Timex and doesn't want to change. The price is great, the watch is durable yet stylish, and the shipping was fantastic.
