Rock your body during extreme workouts with the extra-large timex T5F821 Ironman Triathlon multi-function, performance sport digital watch, which features a black resin body and stainless steel top ring and a top pusher for easy access to lap and split times. It's also shock resistant to ISO standards--enabling it to withstand breakage under adverse conditions. It has a number of customizable sport timing features that can be turned on and off, including 100-hour chronograph with lap or split option, 30-lap memory recall, and 24-hour countdown timer with countdown/stop and countdown/repeat functions, three alarms with 5-minute backup, and golf score keeper. Other features include a 5-year battery life, water resistance to 200 meters (660 feet), and a dark gray polyurethane strap.

It incorporates the timex Flix system, which activates the Indiglo night-light with a simple flick of your wrist. To activate FLIX, put the watch into Night-Mode by pressing and holding the Indiglo night-light button 3 seconds until it beeps. With the watch in Night-Mode, a forward "flick" of the wrist with a sharp "stop" will activate the Indiglo night-light for three seconds.

The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer. The Night Mode feature allows you to illuminate the Indiglo night-light for 3 seconds with any button press, regardless of the mode or function.

Great watch for the price! Has all the features I need, and then some. Easy to operate so that it doesn't take a PhD to figure out how to operate the different functions. Indiglo light is perfect! if you are tough on watches like I am, I strongly suggest this watch!!!

bought this watch in August or September 2008 and then the Indiglo flex light stopped working in October. Sucks cuz I am in Iraq and it is always dark here, so it seems. Now I have to buy another watch....

I was looking for an affordable yet useful digital watch. This Timex has been an excellent purchase, I've had it for over a year now and it works like the first day. The labels haven't faded, the buttons remain as easy to operate as when new, I've used it in the water, washed it after going to the gym, it fell a couple of times, and it works perfectly.
If you're a golfer.... you may like the score keeping function. It's so convenient that I incorporated the routine, after each shot I push a button and don't have to count or remember. Great buy!!

This is a very nice watch. It's nice and big with a clear display. The only cons I would mention are that 1: night time viewing isn't very good and 2: the alarm is not loud enough. The Indiglo light is dim at best and you will sleep right through the sound of the alarm.

This watch is awesome. I like it a lot better than my standard timex ironman. My other timex has a velcro band and i wasnt thinking about it at the time but velcro bands start to stink after a while. So now i only wear this one. Its features are great especially the FLIX. Very lightweight, durable and comfortable. I highly recommend this watch to anyone, especially to runners. You wont be dissapointed.

I ordered the watch on line, and since there were no dimensions listed, or alternate views of the product, I was not able to tell how ridiculously thick the watch face really is. It's a nice looking watch, too bad it is so clunky and weird looking. I had to return it and try another model. I did try the indiglo button when I first got it, and the illumination was very weak. Nothing like other Timex watches I've owned in the past. Very disappointed in it.

I use this watch for running 5 & 10 k races. It has an easy to use split button. It also fits nicely on my wrist, not to large or small. Great for keeping up with all my many strokes while playing golf. I have to say this has been my the best ironman I have owned to date.

i am new to running and wanted to get an ironman watch. This is a grea watch, and has a few functions that I have not used. I find the larger start/split button on the face very handy...amd not crazy about the Flix system, but then again, I am not a night runner.

This is a great watch. It is accurate, as you would expect, good looking and easy to set up and use. It has many features I do not use like keeping golf scores, but for running, it works really well. I especially like the band, which is stronger than ones I have had. I tend to be hard on watches and this one stands up to the test.
